At 9:00 am. the bell rings again, it's time for a more filling breakfast; lamb chops, oats and black coffee, they were the main characters in this place where conversations between ranchers families and the shearing quadrille occurred.
A 22 mt2 room, with city views, lined inside with tin sheds type shows typical elements like a bale weight, now the luggage holder, shearing machines as the hangers, small bales as seats and desk with pedestal, simulating cleaning tables and folding fleeces.
