The shearing quadrille with shearers, the man in charge of the wool fleeces, the man in charge of the wool press, sweepers and many others, began the task as fast as posible to achieve their goal and finish the bales of wool. At 9:00 am. the bell rings again, it's time for a more filling breakfast; lamb chops, oats and black coffee, they were the main characters in this place where conversations between ranchers families and the shearing quadrille occurred.

A 22 mt2 room, with city views, lined inside with tin sheds type shows typical elements like a bale weight, now the luggage holder, shearing machines as the hangers, small bales as seats and desk with pedestal, simulating cleaning tables and folding fleeces.
